Our machine and steel department loves a challenge. We take on every job. We design, but above all, we manufacture. After all, that's what we're good at.
From a CNC milling machine to a mega planer, we have a large machine park at our disposal. So we don't do things by halves. Our steel department has skilled and certified welders at your service. They have all the facilities they need, such as heavy overhead cranes in a 15-metre-high construction hall. That's quite something.
How about machining large hinge eyes for a 'split barge' or a pedestal crane construction for heavy-duty slewing?
We create flattened flanges with a diameter of no less than 2.5 metres, full of precisely marked drill holes, accurate to the nearest hundredth of a millimetre. These flanges fit together perfectly, guaranteed.
Take the structures for wind farms, for example. Thanks to our machining processes, large round masts can be sealed with a type of cover. Feel free to call us for more information. No question is too crazy for us. De Waal tackles everything!
