Our ship lifts are well known and unique in the Netherlands. The ship is dry within 10 minutes! We can completely dry towboats and push boats. We lift inland vessels, passenger ships and coasters at the front or rear, exactly where the work needs to be done.
You save on relatively expensive slipway costs and our lifts are also much more labour-friendly than a regular dry dock.
The hydraulic ship lifts are extremely powerful and fast. After the lift is activated, the cylinders rise steadily and lift the lifting floor, with your ship on it, upwards on thick steel cables. Within a few minutes, you can feel the ship rising out of the water. The lifting procedure is completed in approximately ten minutes. We then lower the separate work platform to the correct height and drive it under the ship, as it were.
On the separate work platform, our men are immediately at a perfect working height. Without having to use scaffolding or ladders. Easy working and health and safety compliant! Furthermore, we have all the tools we need right at our fingertips. Even the overhead crane can be operated from here. That's what we call efficient working. We have a safe staircase construction for you, so you can easily get on board. That's nice. The ship lifts are also equipped with good lighting so that work can continue in the evening if necessary.
Both ship lifts are equipped with computer controls with a strong focus on safety. Various sensors monitor the ship day and night. The steel cables and hydraulics are constructed with a high safety factor, so you can sleep soundly. If necessary, the ship lift can independently raise the alarm via a mobile phone connection to our control room.
