At De Waal we know about service. Follow-up and maintenance, down to the smallest details, until you are completely satisfied! Any day, any hour. At one of our berths or right on the spot anywhere in the world. Our fully equipped hydraulics service vehicles never miss a trick. The members of our service team receive regular training updates and hold all the necessary certificates. They will be more than happy to help and advise you.
Service whatever the make
Our service is not limited to our own products. We also handle other makes of rudders and steering machines. And deck cranes, hydraulics, seals and much more besides. In short, if it moves or rotates, whether onboard or on the quayside, we will service it.

Always on call
You can call us for service at any time. Calls during office hours are handled by our telephone staff, and out of office hours you will be put through automatically to the service department. Direct contact, what’s not to like? It’s the sort of thing we like at De Waal.
