De Waal is a machine factory through and through. This means that we have various lathes at our disposal to carry out the complete spectrum of turning work. Computer-controlled. Single pieces or series production.

During turning, the workpiece rotates rapidly. The stationary chisel cuts precisely until the exact desired shape is achieved. We turn short rings to long screw shafts of up to 12 metres. And we machine objects up to a diameter of over 1.8 metres. We invest heavily in keeping our machinery up to date. Lathes are very important to us in this regard. They have helped us grow. The founder of our company developed a love for machines at an early age. This is still reflected in our high-tech machinery.
